The Project Requirements:
Utilizing existing limited exterior space, design a single sided cantilever storage rack with a roof structure for lumber storage. The design, racks, roof system, and engineering were provided by DACO. The customer assumed responsibility for the construction of the engineered footings and the installation of the storage racks.
The system was installed over a decade ago, has been in service 6 days a week and has required a minimum of repair and maintenance.

Operating as a metal service center, manufacturer and fabricator of specialty metal products.
The Project Requirements:
To create a system to facilitate bar, plate and tube metal storage in approx. 200,000 SF of new warehouse space. The installation was accomplished in stages to accommodate a stepped move to the new location. The project was value engineered to incorporate the customers existing cantilever during the rack relocation process. Custom guide rail was welded to the rack as the installation progressed. The storage system was designed to expand to support the customer’s long range business plan.
